Case Collections for Leadership Training for Public Development Projects : Inquiries and Illustrative Cases

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to develop some guidelines for the collection of cases for leadership tranining in public sector. The clients for such leadership training we have in mind are those top managers at the local and the field governement level. They are the persons who are ultimately responsible and accountable to the residents and also to the officials in charge at the next higher level.
