| dc.description.abstract | 본연구는 필자가 1963년 7월 25일부터 동 9월 20일까지의 기간동안에 중앙정부와 각급 지방정부의 감독적 위치에 있는 공무원들을 대상으로 하여 실시한 행정부분권화에 관한 일련의 현지조사중의 일부를 발표한 것이다. 그리고 정부기구와 제도도 같은 기간에 시행되던 것을 위주로 하여 기술하였다. 따라서 본논문이 발표될 때의 기구 및 제도와는 약간의 차이가 있으리라는 것을 언급해둔다. | - |
