글로벌 위기의 대응으로서 공유가치성장과 관계국가모형

Abstract

2008년 금융위기 이후 세계 자본주의는 새로운 성장론을 모색하고 있다. 미시적 생산성과 경쟁력에 기초한 공유가치성장론은 신고전파의 단기적 이익극대화 모델을 넘어서 지속가능한 창조와 발전에 근거한 새로운 성장 모델이다. 이런 성장의 선도적 활동들은 경제적 가치와 사회적 가치를 동시에 고려하는 기업들에 의해 진화되어 왔다. BoP시장에서 지속가능한 발전의 창조, 고객과 공동창조, 지속가능한 주주 가치의 창조, 기업의 사회적 책임을 넘어선 공유가치 창출은 기업의 수준에서 발전되어 온 공유가치의 사례들이다. 공유가치 성장은 발전국가의 불균형 성장과 신자유주의의 작은 정부가 아니라 정부와 기업을 둘러싼 이해관계자들이 공유 가치를 창출하고 이 가치가 경제적 가치와 사회적 가치로 합리적으로 배분되는 균형성장을 의미한다. 공유가치성장론은 경쟁이 아닌 협력이 강조되는 새로운 자본주의의 모색에서 정부와 기업, 그리고 시민사회가 이해관계자를 중심으로 공유가치를 창조하는 새로운 관계 설정을 요구하고 있다. 이 논문은 새로운 자본주의의 성장으로서 공유가치성장의 이론적 배경과 개념적인 도출에 중점을 둔 시론적 논문이다. Since the global financial crisis in 2008, global capitalism has been searching for a new theory of growth. Shared value growth, founded in micro-productivity and competitiveness is a new model of growth that is beyond the short-term profit maximization of neoclassical economic theory as the basis of sustainable wealth creation development. The advanced activities of growth have developed by corporations considering economic value and social value at the same time, including sustainable development and wealth creation in the BoP market, sustainable shareholder value creation, co-creation with clients, and shared value creation. Shared-value growth is inclusive growth for getting beyond the unbalanced growth of the developmental state and the small government of neoliberalism to create shared value divided by economic value and social value made by stakeholders. This paper is a conceptual model applied as a new theory of Korean political economy.
