- 본 연구는 지역 단위의 탄소상쇄프로그램으로 시작해 최근 미국 전체로 그 적용범위를 확대한 북미 탄소상쇄배출권거래시스템인 Climate Action Reserve (CAR)의 산림 부문 탄소상쇄프로그램을 조명함으로써 우리나라 산림탄소상쇄시스템의 도입을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
