| dc.description.abstract | 계곡천은 계곡부의 수계구역으로서 생물다양성이 높은 생태계 지역
임에도 개발과 기후변화 등으로 산림 내 계곡천과 주변부의 침식 및 황폐화가 진행 중이다. 계곡천으로 야기되는 법률ㆍ행정사항에 관한 규범과 준칙을 정립함으로써 계곡천의 황폐화를 방지하고 생태계 보 전에 이바지할 수 있는 정책 및 법제도의 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구 는 계곡천과 관련된 유사 정책 및 법제도를 비교ㆍ검토하고 선행 연 구 및 전문가 의견 등을 활용하여 계곡천의 체계적인 보전ㆍ관리 방 안을 제시하고자 한다. | ko_KR |
