16~17세기 鳥銃의 도입과 조선의 軍事的 변화

Abstract

This paper is focusing on Joseon s military institutions, tactics, and social change as the introduction of muskets on the late 16th century. As well as this paper is focusing that military change since Imjin Wan(壬辰倭亂) was an engine of social change ultimately in the Late Joseon Dynasty. With introduction of muskets on Imjin War, Joseon concentrate its efforts to bring up Muskeets(砲手) and establish the Military Training Command(訓鍊都監) and the Joseons military system was changed radicaly. The occasion of the Manchu Invasion of Korea in 1636 (丙子胡亂)，Joseon were completely changed the tactics and formations centering around Musket having advantage over to defend cavalry(騎兵). The seizure of a large-scale Muskeets and station in Seoul have an effect on socio-economic change and the centralization of power on Late Joseon Dynasty.
