강의평가의 타당도와 신뢰도

Abstract

본 연구는 강의평가에 대한 자료를 분석하고 대학 사회 구성원의 의견을 조사하여 강의평가에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고 개선안을 제시하려 하였다. 본 연구에서는 강의평가의 타당도와 신뢰도의 측면에서 선행연구를 분석하고, 강의평가 결과를 분석하고, I 대학 교수와 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 강의평가에 대한 미국의 연구는 연구의 역사가 깊고, 체계적인 연구가 이루어지고 있는데 비하여 우리나라는 강의평가에 대한 체계적인 연구가 부족하고, 이런 연구를 통하여 강의평가를 개선하는 예는 매우 드물다. I 대학의 강의평가 분석결과 강의평가의 타당도와 신뢰도는 상당히 낮은 편으로 시급한 개선이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 김성열의 연구에 따르면 우리나라의 많은 대학의 사정이 유사하므로 본 연구의 결과는 한 대학의 사례이나 다른 대학도 비슷하리라고 유추할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 강의평가 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도에 대한 체계적인 연구를 통하여 강의평가지를 개발하고, 개발된 강의평가지는 주기적으로 평가되고, 개선되어야 할 것이다.

This study analyzed validity and reliability of lecture evaluation scale, which used in I university and surveyed students and instructors who attended in I university about lecture evaluation. Although the research about lecture evaluation in United States of America are many and systematic, it is rare in Korea. The validity and reliability of lecture evaluation of I university are very low. And so it needs to improve upon the system of lecture evaluation and lecture evaluation scale. The result of this research may reflect on the situation of other university as there are very similar to many university in Korea in the system of lecture evaluation according to Kim's research. Therefore, we need to improve on the lecture evaluation scale and to conduct to research about lecture evaluation.
