CYS-Net 상담서비스 이용이 위기 청소년의 심리내적 및 환경적 위기수준에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 CYS-Net 상담서비스가 위기청소년의 심리내적인 위기수준과 환경적인 위기수준에 미치는 영향을 통해 CYS-Net 상담서비스의 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. 특히, 심리내적인 위기수준은 위기청소년의 위기요인을 우울, 불안, 충동공격성의 변화를 통해 살펴보았고, 환경적 위기수준은 부정적인 부모-자녀관계, 학업에 대한 낮은 흥미수준의 변화를 통해 살펴보았다. 그 결과, CYS-Net 상담서비스는 위기청소년들의 전체 위기수준 뿐만 아니라, 심리내적인 위기의 하위 위험요인들과 환경적 위기의 하위 위험요인들의 평균이 모두 상담서비스를 제공한 후 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, CYS-Net 상담서비스는 위기청소년들의 위기수준을 낮춰주는데 유용한 상담개입전략임을 확인하였고, 이를 통해 위기청소년 문제의 예방 및 조기개입을 위한 CYS-Net 상담서비스의 활용가능성과 효율성을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study intended to evaluate the effect of CYS-Net counseling service by verification of the influence of CYS-Net counseling service on psychological and environmental risk levels of at-risk youth. Especially, psychological risk levels examined depression, anxiety, and impulsive-aggression among psychological risk factors related to at-risk youth, and environmental risk levels investigated negative parent-youth relationships and low interest level of achievement. The results confirmed that all the means of at-risk adolescents' psychological and environmental risk as well as total risk after this service was provided to them were decreased. Therefore, this study verified that CYS-Net counseling service was the effective counseling intervention for decreasing the risk level of at-risk youth and the possibility of use and efficiency of CYS-Net counseling service for prevention and early intervention.
