여자대학생의 여성성역할, 여성성역할갈등과 진로결정 간 관계에서의 의사결정의존성의 매개효과

Abstract

이 연구에서는 여자 대학생을 대상으로 여성성의 긍정적 측면(여성성역할), 여성성의 부정적 측면(여성성역할갈등)과 의사결정의존성, 진로결정과의 관계 모형을 제시하였다. 관련 이론과 선행연구를 바탕으로, 여성성역할은 주로 진로결정에 정적인 영향을, 여성성역할갈등은 진로결정에는 부적 영향을, 의사결정의존성에는 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 가정되었다. 그리고 의사결정의존성은 진로결정에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 예측되었다. 이와 함께 연구모형에서 여성성역할은 의사결정의존성과는 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로, 대안모형에서는 여성성역할이 의사결정의존성에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 가정되었다. 구조모형의 검증은 AMOS에 의해 이루어졌고 연구모형이 선택되었다. 연구결과는 여성성역할갈등과 진로결정 간 관계에서 의사결정의존성의 부분매개효과가 있음을 보였다. 또한 진로결정 등의 심리적 적응과 관련하여 여성성의 긍정적 측면과 부정적 측면이 함께 다루어져야 함을 보여주었다.

This study examined the relationships of positive aspects (feminine gender roles: FGR) and negative aspects (feminine gender role conflicts: FGRC) of femininity to decision-making- dependency(DMD) and career decision(CD) in Korean female college students with structural equation model (SEM). Based on related theories and previous studies, research model suggested that FGR have an effect directly on CD and that DMD mediate partially the relation of FGRC and CD. Alternative structural model hypothesized that DMD mediate partially the relation of FGR and CD. Research model was selected with the fit index of SEM using AMOS. This result suggested that positive aspects and negative aspects of femininity should be included simultaneously in the study to examine the effects of femininity on the psychological adjustment such as career decision.
