韓國 工業立地의 空間變化에 관한 硏究

Abstract

By means of the above mentioned standard deviation method, the major crop regions of Korea are designated like Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Changing pattern of major regions by published data, administrative division, "goon"(average area, 593Km²) are used for unit area. As the result of the analytic study, some characteristics and changing tendancies on the major crop regions of south Korea as follows: 1. it is hardly admitted that Korea major crop regions has changed fundamentally during past ten years, 1960 to 1970. in spite of rapid economic development in the same period( the average annual growth rate of value capita, 1958-1969, is 10.8% in non agricultural section and 3.9% in agricultural section), agricultural and use pattern is little transformed. The major reasons for this are as follows: (1) Conservative tradition of Korea farmers. (2) Harmonious relation between physical condition and selection of crop cultivating area. (3) Nation's deep=rooted eating habits do not need the change of cultivating pattern.
