부천시 금형산업의 공간적 연계와 노동시장 형성에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날 혁신이 경제활동에서 중요요소가 되면서, 혁신을 일으킬 수 있는 지역환경, 그리고 지역에서의 학습활동에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 금형산업은 인력의 기술력이 특히 중시되는 산업분야로 업체로서는 기술인력을 양성하고 채용하는 일이 중요한 과제이다. 인력의 기술학습은 부천에 금형산업이 집적하고 공간적 연계와 노동시장을 형성하는 과정에서 중요한 동인으로 작용하고 있다. 부천 금형산업이 보다 더 발전하기 위해선 인력 중심의 연계망을 활용할 수 있는 정책적 뒷받침이 요구된다.

Relevant policy for utilizing labor linkages is required to develop the special tooling industry in Bucheon-si.
