미래예측기법을 이용한 주택의 미래분석

Abstract

불확실성의 증가는 다양한 성향의 미래연구 확산을 가져오고 있다. 본 연구는 미래연구방법론에 입각하여 주택의 미래트레드와 이슈를 분석하고, 핵심영향변수를 도출하여 주거의 미래에 대한 시나리오를 구성한다. 주거의 미래 시나리오는 전통적 주택문제의 지속과 점진적, 대안적 주거문화, 사용가치 중심의 대안적 주거문화의 확산, 이중도시의 형성과 사회적 주거지 분화의 심화등 크게 3가지 유형으로 구성하였다.

Based on complex and fuzzy reality, futures studies and futures-thinking in various ways may be expanding. On the basis of Futures Research Methods including futures wheel, DHP, AHP, CIA, scenario technique, this paper investigates future trends and issues of housing, influential factors that determine future of housing in Korea. The future scenarios consist of three typology, i.e., 'continuance of traditional Korean-style housing problems', diffusion of alternative housing cultures focused on use value' , emerging of dual city and deepening of social segregation'
