시진핑 시대 중국의 국가발전 전략: 사회 및 경제 정책을 중심으로

Abstract

이 논문은 2012년 11월 중국공산당 18차 당대회를 통해 정식 출범한 시진핑 체제가 향후 10년 동안 추진할 국가발전 전략을 분석하는 것이다. 먼저, 중국 국가 정책의 연속성과 기본 방침에 대해서 살펴볼 것이다. 그 다음에 공산당의 현실 인식과 국가발전 목표를 분석할 것이다. 이후에 경제, 사회, 문화, 환경 등 각 영역의 세부 정책에 대해 자세히 검토할 것이다. 이때에는 각 영역의 핵심 정책을 선별하여 그 정책을 집중적으로 분석할 것이다. 이러한 분석을 통해 시진핑 체제가 추진할 국가발전 전략의 기본 방침과 세부 정책 내용을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

This article aims at analyzing Chinas national developmental strategy under the new leadership of Xi Jinping, which was officially launched in November 2012. First, it investigates the continuity of national policies and their basic directions. Then it examines the perception of present situations and objectives of national development of the CCP. Finally the article carefully analyzes specific policies of important areas such as economy, society, culture, and environment, focusing on key policies of each area. Based on these analyses, we can understand the basic directions and specific policies that the Xi Jinping administration will implement for the next ten years.
