인대뇌 상측두회(Brodmann 제22피질분야) 피질의 세포구축학적 연구

Abstract

The cytoarchitectures in the cortex of the superior temporal gyrus (Brodl11ann s area 22) of the 146 brains (male 84, and female 62) from the nonpatho logical various 1ge groups of Korean have been studied. The investigations have been faithfully analyzed with aided eye by one-man-work throughout present study, The specimens were grouped and conditioned into 10, short intervals in the younger ll1d scarce in the older. 1. Of the cortical thickness, the average value from the age group of O~1 year w1S about 79.4% of that of the adult. The highest value was found at that of the 11~15 year group and the value was roughly corresponded to that of the brain weight of 1, 100~L 1999m. The mean values of the adult were 2.27mm in male, l Ild 2.30mm in female 2. The increments of the cortical thickness and weight with the passage of 19C could be supposed under the following headings, a) Neuroglia; Majority in number with hypertro• phism, and relatively short progenitor cycles accompaning exhlUtions. b) Neuron; Minority in number with hypertrophism and relatively stational progenitor cycles aceo mpaning exhautions. 3. None of the sexual and left-right sided discrepancies was impressed under a statistical support.
