It is very important to localize the epileptogenic zones in
patients with partial epilepsy for successful surgical treatment. EEG
Source imaging and EEG-fMRI have been recently used to localize epileptogenic
zones as noninvasive new method. The aim of this study was
to compare localization of epileptogenic zones using EEG-fMRI, dipole
modeling and distributed modeling in patients with partial epilepsy.
