A growing body of evidence suggests that healthy diet is one of the major factors associated
with metabolic health and changes in gut microbiota. Here we conducted a low-salt, highfiber
diet intervention trial on Korean adoptees, to assess alterations in gut microbiome
composition in response to changes in diet and the associations with metabolic improvement.
