간접혈구응집법에 의한 폐흡충증과 간흡충증의 진단적 연구

Abstract

Indirect hemagglutination test using tannic acid was performed to know the efficiency as a serodiagnostic tool in paragonimiasis and clonorchiasis patients. The results of the study are summarized as follows 1. The optimal concentration of tannic acid without hemolysis was 1: 100, 000 and optimal concentration of antigen was 1: 2 dilution. 2. In healthy control group , antibody titers of PParagonimus and Clonorchis showed less than 1:4 and 1: 8 respectively 3. Antibody titers were more than 1:8 in Paragonimiasis patients and more than 1: 16 in clonorchiasis. patients 4. Indirect hemagglutination test showed high sensitivity in detecting the paragonimiasis and c1onorchlaS1S 5. There was cross reaction between paragonimiasis and clonorchiasis. 6. It was considered that indirect hemagglutination test is useful for the screening test of Paragonimiasis and clonorchiasis due to its high sensitivity, simplerapid processes and low cost
