According to the statistical data by the Ministry of Statistics, human trade affairs have been minimally increasing at most. At present, foreign languages (except for Japanese and Chinese) are at stake. In order to avoid these risky situations, it is urgent to understand and examine the requirement of the current Korean society. It would be more desirable and effective to cultivate written communication skills rather than oral communication skills in case of the context in which there are rare chances to encounter native speakers of the target language. In this regard, this study suggests that instruction of written language (reading-writing) should be weighed more in foreign language classrooms.-
