항공기 지상이동 유도 및 통제시스템(A-SMGCS) 개발 발전방안 연구

Abstract

항공기 지상이동 유도 및 통제시스템(Advance Surface Movement Ground Control Systems)의 주요기능은 지상이동안내, 감시, 통제, 경로제어 등의 기능으로 관제사와 조종사에게 효과적인 정보를 제공하는 시스템이다. 지금까지 개발한 국산시스템은 A-SMGCS 레별 Ⅳ 중에서 낮은 레벨인 Ⅰ~Ⅱ 단계 정도의 기술구현 수준이며, 이러한 단기간에 이룬 개발성과도 현장 적용단계에서 예기치 못한 문제점들이 발생하기도 하였다. 물론 빠른 개발 실현을 위해 개발초기에는 국내에 설치된 선진시스템에 대한 분석을 실시하였고, 개발 실패와 시행착오의 최소화를 위해 다양한 개발시험을 수행하였다. 연구실에서의 실험은 물론이고 공항에서의 필드시험과 상용화를 위한 시제품 성능검증을 위한 현장운영 시험 등을 거쳐 단계적으로 개발을 진행하였다. 그러나 다양한 변수와 물리적 환경이 다른 공항에서 시스템을 설치하고 레이더 연동 등의 시험운영을 거치는 과정에서 예측하지 못한 돌발 변수들이 발생하였다. 이 논문에서는 그간 항공기 지상이동 유도 및 통제시스템(A-SMGCS)의 개발을 위해 진행하였던 사항들에 대한 정리와 발전을 위해 필요한 사항들에 대해 세 가지 관점에서 연구하였다.

첫째, A-SMGCS 개발과 상용화를 위해 과거부터 현재까지 수행된 프로젝터에 대해 서술하여 향후개발 절차에 참조가 되도록 하였다.

둘째, 국산화 개발을 위해 김포국제공항에서 시행한 필드시험과 현장운용시험 결과들에 대한 정리와 분석을 통해 성능향상 사항들을 정리하였고, 더불어 전력선통신 기술과 상부시스템들과 연동을 위해 고려되어야 할 기술사항들에 대해서 서술하였다. 셋째, 외국 제작사의 기술동향과 외국공항에서의 운영사례에 대한 분석을 통해 A-SMGCS의 국산화 개발의 발전을 위한 공유와 더불어 향후 국산화 개발에 있어 중점적으로 더 발전시켜 나가야할 사항들에 대해 서술하였으며, 이를 통해 2018년까지 개발완료를 목표로 진행 중인 A-SMGCS레벨 IV급 국산화개발 사업에 참조가 될 수 있도록 하였다.

Abstract

A Study on A-SMGCS for successful domestic development

Currently, A-SMGCS (Advance Surface Movement Ground Control Systems) level IV system is implementing development projects in progress aiming to complete by 2018 In Korea. In this study, we investigated in some perspective about the necessary points for the research and development of Advancement-Movement Guidance Control System(A-SMGCS). First, for the development and commercialization of A-SMGCS from the past it was described for the projects that have been performed up to now. Second, we analyzed and summarized for the field operational test and field test results conducted at Gimpo International Airport for domestic development. Third, to be a reference to the domestic development of the A-SMGCS through the analysis of trends and technology in the operating practices of the international airport of overseas manufacturers. Finally, the study was primarily about the things you can review and consider for successful domestic development through a diagnosis of the domestic development so far.
