중국 고쟁과 한국 가야금 창작곡의 연주기법 비교연구

Abstract

고쟁과 가야금은 두 나라의 음악사에서 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 가야금은 전통음악의 특색을 지닌 대표 악기 중 하나가 되었으며 연주 방법, 외형 구조 등에서 고쟁과 비슷하다. 기나긴 역사의 변천 중에 고쟁과 가야금은 모두 비약적인 발전을 이룩하여 전통음악 특색을 지닌 창작곡이 많이 파생되었고 표현력이 대폭 확대되었다. 이 논문에서는 작품 개관, 음악 구조 분석 및 연주기법 분석 세 가지 측면에서 전통음악을 테마로 한 창작곡 중국의 고쟁 독주곡<야심침>과 한국의 산조가야금 독주곡 <남도환상곡>을 선정하여 두곡의 연주기법을 비교 분석함으로써 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 고쟁과 가야금의 연주 방법은 비교적 유사하다. 고쟁의 연주기법으로 오른손은 엄지, 식지, 중지의 전통적인 연주기법을 위주로 하고 왼손은 비브라폰, 활음 등의 방식을 결합하여 악곡의 음악적 특색을 더해준다. 가야금의 경우 오른손은 엄지, 식지, 중지의 전통적인 연주기법이 주를 이루지만 다른 기법이 나타난다. 그러나 둘 다 음악적으로나 미학적으로 다른 점이 있는데 고쟁은 연주의 기교성을 중시하고 속도와 연주의 외적 미관을 추구하며 가야금은 음악적 표현의 깊이를 강조한다. 둘째, 고쟁과 가야금의 예술적 특징은 비슷하기는 하지만 각각 자신의 독특한 음악의 문화적 특징을 가지고 있다. 악곡의 구조, 리듬박자, 선율진행, 음색의 변화 등 방면에서 같은 점이 있을 뿐만 아니라 전통음악의 주제를 가진 창작곡의 독자성을 가지고 있다. 서로 다른 민족 음악 문화 사이의 특색을 구현했다. 셋째, 고쟁창작곡<야심침>과 산조가야금 창작곡의 <남도환상곡> 중에 나타난 연주기법와 음악 스타일 공통성이 있기 때문에 두 악곡의 연주방법을 서로 참고하여 작품은 서로 교환하여 연주할 수 있다. 전통음악을 주제로 한 고쟁과 가야금의 창작곡에 대한 연구를 통하여 각각의 연주기법과 음악스타일을 깊이 이해하였다. 또한 고쟁과 가야금의 음악문화에 대한 비교를 통해 중국 전통 민족악기와 한국 민족악기를 한 걸음 더 깊이 이해할 수 있으며 두 악기의 연주방법을 서로 참고하여 서로의 작품도 교환하여 연주할 수 있다.

The guzheng and gayageum played an important role in the musical history of the two countries. Gayageum has become one of the representative Musical Instruments with traditional Korean characteristics. It has similarities with Guzheng in terms of performance method, shape and structure. At the same time, in the long historical changes, guzheng and Gayageum have been developed by leaps and bounds, derived a lot of songs with traditional music characteristics. This paper studies the Chinese zither solo "Deep Night" and South Korean Gayageum solo "Namdo Fantasia" from three aspects of overview of works, analysis of musical structure and analysis of performance methods. This paper compares and analyzes the performance techniques of "Deep Night" composed for guzheng and "Namdo Fantasia" composed for gayageum, and draws the following conclusions. First, the playing methods of guzheng and Gayageum are similar. G0uzheng playing techniques The right hand with thumb, index finger, middle finger as the traditional playing techniques, combined with the left hand tremolo, glide and other ways, add music characteristics. In gayageum, the right hand is usually played with the thumb, index finger, and middle finger, but there are also different playing techniques. Both of them are different in music and aesthetics. The guzheng emphasizes the skill of performance, pursues speed and external beauty of performance, while the Gayageum emphasizes the depth of musical performance. Second, although the artistic characteristics of guzheng and Gayageum are similar, they each have their own unique musical cultural characteristics. In the structure of the music, rhythm and beat, melody progress, timbre changes and other aspects of the same, but also with the uniqueness of traditional music theme composition. It reflects the characteristics of different ethnic music cultures. Third, the performance techniques and musical styles of "Deep Night," composed for guzheng, and "Namdo Fantasia," composed for sanjo gayageum are common, so the performance methods of the two pieces can be borrowed from each other and the musical repertoire can be exchanged. By studying the composition of guzheng and Gayageum with traditional music as the theme, the author has a deep understanding of the performance techniques and musical styles of the two instruments. By comparing the musical cultures of guzheng and Gayageum, we can further understand the traditional Chinese folk instruments and Korean traditional folk instruments, and learn from the playing methods of the two instruments to play musical pieces of each other.
