How do I get started?
It’s easy! When you login to S-Space by mySNU ID, Community/Sub-community/Collection that you are able to use for submission of your works will be displayed. Click the Collection where you submit your works, then go on submission process. For more detailed information, please visit the Help menu.

Information for Individuals
S-Space is organized into a hierarchical set of communities, sub-communities and collections:
- Faculty: may submit any item they choose through their departmental S-Space communities/collections.
- Researchers: may submit any item they choose through their departmental S-Space communities/collections. Please contact repository staff at s-space@snu.ac.kr if they do not yet have one.
- Graduates & Undergraduates: may submit their scholarly works through ‘Student’s Works’ in ‘Student’s Archives’ community.

How to Create Community/Collection for Departments or Units
Content in the S-Space is typically arranged by department or unit, called a community, with materials grouped into cohesive collections. For more detailed information about creation of community/collection, please contact repository staff at s-space@snu.ac.kr
