- Abstract
- Oxime palladacycles are highly active palladium catalysts for C-C coupling reactions, and possess advantages such as easy preparation, and air, moisture stability. Previously, electron-rich oxime palladacycle on polymer support has been prepared to provide efficient C-C coupling activity and reusability of the catalyst for green purposes. For water-based Suzuki coupling reaction, microwave chemistry was applied to polymer-supported oxime palladacycle system. Suzuki reaction of aryl halide and heterocyclic halide with phenylboronic acid was successfully performed using polymer-supported electron-rich oxime palladacyles under the microwave system to acquire reaction products in water medium.
