Abstract
The neuron circuit using a current mirror in the discharge part is proposed to ensure constant discharge of membrane capacitor and high output linearity in the spiking neural networks. The current mirror copies the current flowing through the discharge device, and discharges the constant amount of charge regardless of the voltage decrease of the membrane. This neuron circuit is expected to ensure the reliability of neuromorphic systems.
