- Abstract
- Organizational citizenship behavior has been an important research topic
for a long time for organizational behavior researchers. However, an integrated
framework linking organizational citizenship behavior and team satisfaction
has been conspicuously missing in the literature. In this exploratory study.
we present an integrated framework linking organizational citizenship
behavior and team satisfaction. using social capital as a mediating variable.
We also discuss contributions and limitations of this study.
