- Abstract
- This case describes the history and initial success of Bejiing Hyundai Motors
Company. The case also explains human resouree management system of the
company and unique challenges in managing people in an international joint
venture with a Chinese counterpart. Finally, a detailed explanation about labor
relations in Chinese is provided.
