Abstract
Based on organizational control system, organizations have people internalize

organizational goals and introduce behaviors coincident with them. Organizational control

which has been considered main issue in organization after M. Webers era obtains more and

more importance in these turbulent business environment which task range and complexity

are exemplified and organizational members vary in their diversities. With this regards, many

researchers pay continuous attention to organizational control, which pursue optimal balance

between stability and flexibility. This paper first, classified previous researches related to the

organizational control into several categories, and second suggested unobtrusive social

control as a new control type in the changeable era. In addition, future research agendas as

well as effective methods to perform social control were proposed.
