첨가 동종자궁조직 반복주사에 의한 백서자궁경부의 병리조직학적변화에 관한 연구

Abstract

In order to clarify the nature and significance of the so-called autoimmune diseases the histopathologic changes of the uterine cervix of the rats following the repeated injections of the homologous homogenized tissue of the uterus with or without Freund's complete adjuvant, were studied. The results were as follows: 1. The uterine cervix of the rats received repeated injections of the homologous homogenized tissue of the uterine cervix with Freund's complete adjuvant revealed relatively marked changes, namely, infiltration of' many'eosinophils, some lymphocytes and plasma cells, and few large mononuclear cells mainly in lamna propria of both endocervix and exocervix of the uterus. And the similar but milder changes were also observed in the uterine cervix of the rats received the homogenized tissue of the uterus or Freund's complete adjuvant only. 2. The repeated injections of the homogenized liver were followed not only by the marked infiltration of lymphocytes, some plasma cells and large mononuclear cells mainly in the ~portal spaces but also by mild changes which are similar to those described in 1) in the uterine cervix. 3. The above results led the authors to conclude that the histopathologic changes of the uterine cervix following the repeated injections of the homologous homogenized tissue of the uterus appear to suggest some significance to a certain extent, although these are not remarkable and definit, as a organ specific immunologic tissue changes.
