- Abstract
- This paper reports the results of a study conducted in fall 2007 among
MBA and MPA students. Using electronic surveys and manipulated vignettes,
the study explored how public service motivation moderates the relationship
between organizational citizenship behaviors, task behaviors, and performance
appraisals.
