| dc.description.abstract | 우리는 이곳에서 民間企業의 管理方式을 政府部門에 도입하고자 하는 주장으로서 政府部門피 成果· 實績을 중시하고 管理者의 개인적 책임을 강조하는 理請이라 할 수 있는 公共管理論의 序說的 考察올 시도하였다. 먼저 公共管理論의 槪念 · 特徵 · 核心的 要素 등을 검토한 다음 公共管理論 硏究의 展開過程과 政府의 實踐努力을 개관하였다. 이어서 行政學과 公共管理論의 關係에 관한 두 가지 見解도 살펴 보고 公共管理論의 核心的 要素의 하나인 戰略管理에 관하여 고찰하였다. | - |
