- Abstract
- Under the systematized functional relation between the perception and physical activities, the sports activities can be performed more rationally and effectively nowadays. Thus it can be said that the process of combining and patternizing the two factors has larger share in mordern sports and physical education which require the greatest efficiency in physical performances. In view of the above mentioned point, we can derive the following conculusions. (a) Perception was an integrated ability to perceive the objects coming through the five senses of human body by responding to the outside stimulants and judging them with ones accumulated experiences and training in the past in every possible circumstances. In the activities of sports calling for the rapid and accurate ability to cope with the momentarily changing situations, the perception, keen or dull, was the important key to settle the game in success or fail. (b) Understanding the mechanism of visibility or visual perception, one or the most important sensory, is a short cut to increase the perception. (c) In order to improve the perception, the ability to simplify cue abbreviation patternizing one's action deploying to the certain composite action, and for the rapid the adequate training is needed in the various kinds of sports. (d) Both the importance of perceptual speed the opponent intention with increasing visual perception, peripheral perception ones intent and strategy in sports activities by oppoonent should be emphasized. Thus, the training method to increase perception should, be tried in every possible situation which is the basic power of recognition and strategy in the sports. (e) To maintain the increased perceptual speed, it is needed to cultivate the spiritual ability unrestrained from the environment. To keep the high level of all sports activities. function an adequate training is needed to make the reflex action in subliminal perception.
