Mechanical analysis of transfer of momentum was made on 56 subjects performing standing high jump and standing long jump. The subjects were test the center of gravity, standing high jump and standing long jump acording to different postures. The following results were obtained 1. The center of gravity when stand erect with arms above the head was 59.1% about their height rate and that of hands at sides of the thigh was 55.7%, and that of bending knee 90° degrees angles was 47.2% 2. The record when standing high jump with arms above the head was 35. 2cm and that of raising hands no strain was 44.4cm, and that of hand strain was 38.9cm. 3. The record when standing long jump with hands on chest was 183.9cm and that of strain hand at sides of thigh was 205.0cm and that of no strain hands swing frontwards was 218.6cm and that of grasping the dumbbells (0.9kg) and swing front was 223.9cm 4. The effect of transfer of momentum was desirable when one got a good posture with no strain arms.-
