Abstract
The purpose of this study, altitudinal inclination (hill road) wallking, was conducted to know how to influence the development of physique, and to investigate a soft system of all factors of physique between· an experimental group that went up and down 600 meter-hill road everyday (25 angles of inclination) for the period of 10 months and a comparative group that took a ground walk level everyday. The results are as follows; 1. The girth of joints that had taken over a weight road, during a period of the a high slope walking, was thicken. 2. The girth of muscles of the femora and the lower leg, directly used for a high slope walking, were thicken. 3. The girths of shoulder, upper arms, waist, hips and lower part of belly, etc. were thinned by a high slope walking. 4. The high slope walking restrained the rate of weight increasing in young boys and girls.
