Abstract
The purpose of this study, altitudinal inclination walking (hill road) is conducted to know how to influence the development of physical physique, to investigate a solidity system of all facts of physique between two groups an experimental group that goes up and down 600 meter·hill road (about 25 angle of inclination) for the period of 10 months every day and a comparative group that takes a walk level ground every day. The results of the study can be summarized as follows; 1) Although an experimental group was showed a little growth on standing height, upper extremities, Lower extremities etc, it seemed that altitudinal walking was not particularly influenced. 2) The growth of sitting height was showed growth-(2.35cm) for the period of 10 months, but it seemed that altitudinal walking was particularly influenced. 3) On length of shoulders, an experimental group that was taken altitudinal walking, was developed as much as a growth rate of sitting height. 4) It was regarded as an experimental group was showed more growth than a comparative group; (length of foot; 1. 28cm, width of foot: 0.59cm, length of metatarsopha-langeal joint; 1.62cm.) 5) On thickness of upper extremities and lower extremitaie, shoulder joint, elbow joint, knee joint, and ankle joint, an experimental group that took altitudinal walking was showed rather thinner than a comparative group.
