| dc.description.abstract | The mode and frequency of hepatic cell division
of matured pigeons were observed. The observations was carried out by counting the cells in the different stage on the basis of 1000 cells. 1. Many amitotic cells were found, while the mitotic cells were not detectable at all. 2. There were no remarkable individual differences in the amitosis among the pigeons used in this studies. 3. In the amitosis it seems to be that of hepatic cells processes in the following orders i.d. Constriction, septum formation. division, and binucleate cell. | - |
