dc.description.abstract | In the semantics of verbal system in Russian the -sja verbs, which have a morphems -sja attached to the end, play an essential role. As their traditional term reflexive verbs' suggests, -sja verbs denote an action aimed at the agent back. But in addition they denote passive and also appear in impersonal sentences, etc. The -sja element causes partial changes in meaning without affecting the meaning of the lexical stem. In the deep structure proposed by the Case Grammar, -sja appears to be a NP with case. And some rules like Psych Movement, Passsivization, and Reß.exive Verb Formation make -sja appear in the surface structure. In an application of this grammar -sja has been analysed as reß.exive or passive. Along with the voice, aspect, prefix and adverb and other features of verbs interrelated to each other in usuage, -sja plays a role in forming the peculiar verbal expressions in Russian and other Slavic languages. | ko_KR |
