Psych-adjective sentences have been discussed due to the special character in their syntax and semantics. In Korean, they have two noun phrases. The issue is which of the two NPs is the subject of a sentence and what is the grammatical function of the other NP. We argue that both NPs are all arguments of psych-adjectives, and the first NP (in unmarked word order) is a subject and the second NP is a complement. That is, psych adjectives are special kind of predicate in that they require two arguments, experiencer and object. Thus, the second NP arguments of psych-adjectives, anita(not to be), toeta (become) are grouped as a natural class since they form an AP together with those predicates. However, the reason why the nominative case marker -ka is attached to the complement NP argument needs to be solved. And, the dative marker -eke can be attached to the first NP argument of some psych-adjectives should be explained. The commonness and difference of psych-adjectives are also discussed.ko_KR
