dc.description.abstractIn this paper I first show that none of Saito's (1983) arguments for the inherentness of nominative Case assignment hold in Korean. And then I provide evidence that nominative Case should be assigned structurally in Korean. Finally I try to answer some emerging questions.ko_KR
