Mécanismes anaphoriques en coréen et en français

Abstract

By limiting our study to the anaphoric phenomenon and the two following token : the case of the anaphoric and coreferential relation, the case of anaphoric relation without coreference, we intend to demonstrate the mechanisme of the grammar of text in the field of the comparison between Korean and French. In order to fulfill this study, we choose, as corpus, some texts which are extracts from Korean novels translated in French. The choice of the novel, by way of text, enables us to note, on the one hand, that each language system presents a different linear organization for the same text but on the other hand, that the anaphor plays the unifying role within the sentence and the text. In fact, we can see that the contrast between Korean and French is bigger when is considered only the morphosyntactic aspect. The explanation of this fact is given by the French languag;e system, unlike the Korean one, which implies the presence of the subject generally followed by a verb (except in some cases). Conversely, considering the rules of discourse defined by their autonomy towards the grammar of sentence, this contrastive analysis sets forth, through the two language systems, approximatively the same indications of coherence and textual cohesion. In conclusion, we can say that the anaphor is not a chain of systematic implication but a referential variation that we can particulary distinguish when an original text is compared to its translation.
