Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 성과기반의 교육을 간호연구 교과목에 적용하여 성과를 설정하고, 수업을 설계.운영.평가 한 후 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 간호연구 교과목의 설계와 운영 및 평가에 활용된 모든 자료들은 양적-질적 연구의 혼합방법론을 통해 분석되었다. 학습성과는 지식을 기반으로 연구수행까지 도출될 수 있도록 설정하였고, 학습자가 주도적으로 연구를 진행할 수 있도록 매주 수업을 설계하고 운영하였다. 이에 따라 모든 학습자는 설정된 학습성과에 도달하였고, 연구역량에 대한 전-후 자가평가에서도 긍정적인 차이가 있었다(p<.0001). 그러나 교수자와 학습자의 시간부담이 컸고, 학부성과로서의 타당성 여부에 대한 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to set plan, operate and evaluate learning outcome of nursing research curriculum. and then to draw the implication of outcome-based education. The study data were all documents related to planning, operating, and evaluation of 'nursing research' curriculum. All process was analysed using triangle methods. Learning outcome was set clearly as knowledge based-research activity. The class was planned and operated. Finally, all learner reached to learning outcome set, and there was also positive difference between before and after self-assessment about research competence(p<.0001). However, there were big burden due to time requirement for study, and concern about validity as an academic outcome.
